So did you check your urine today, I did, it's normal. 

Also remember to have a "Knees Up". Interesting in the UK, the working class used to call dancing at a party a "Knees Up", then I found myself developing an exercise for piroformis muscles by raising my knees up onto the side of something then going back and forth. You can certainly feel it. So I shall call it the "Knees Up' exercise, great name for it. 

Have a knees up today, and stretch those muscles.

I''m into body intuition, if my body says no requirement for food, I don't force my body to have it.  Although sometimes I will make a nutrient drink with fruit and goats milk, or coconut milk. I keep the fluids up as much as I can. 

I've got so many tomatoes that I've grown I'm having to come up with more and more recipes.

It's years since I've made tomato soup. If I made now, I'd probably make it with red onion and include pearl barley in it. 

Although I might make a dish with beans and sweet peppers. 

I could make some tomato and olive bread, tomato humous, pizza, it's going to be a cooking weekend. 

I really fancy some cheese too, my body is asking for cheese.
