I've started taking magnesium too cos you require magnesium and potassium to get water to the cells.

Got to have magnesium to make d3 and k2 to work

Eliakim, or any other similarly informed person about the topic of "Heavy Metals" and chelation thereof - - I have a question.

Was reading about same and came upon something with trace minerals called Azomite - strictly for the soil (but do people take it anyway?).  Also, a protein powder called Spirutein (with seaweed), which is very expensive.

Does anybody know other things for heavy metals chelation from the body?  Would fasting or carnivore do it?  I have even tested spices for same - there are easy, at-home methods to test at least turmeric, and probably others.

@Betty

Years ago, I used honey to sort it. Didn't get shocks from handling metal utensils after that.

Not heard of "Azomite", I've heard of "Spirutein", haven't tried it.

I use chlorella and cilantro for heavy metal chelation.  Look for lab grown chlorella as it is the easiest for the body to assimilate, due to the cell walls of the chlorella being thinner and softer than chlorella that is harvested from the sea.
Spirulina is also a heavy metal binding food, that is likely the main ingredient in Spirutein. I don't  use spirulina because of how my stomach reacts, but it is a super food(has many good vitamins and minerals our bodies need).
Never heard of azomite before now.
Hope this helps.
