I thought this was interesting, rare Scottish sheep that eat seaweed.

As written previously, red plums are great for eyes.
So this evening I am making a compote that I shall put upon a cheesecake tomorrow. I don't put any salt or sugar in my no bake cheesecake like the woman in this video. I haven't included coconut milk in my cheesecake previously although it would be great to try tomorrow. You can put some jelly on top of a cheesecake, jelly is great for the back.

Let's look at intestinal issues that some are having.
I don't recommend cabbage for people with intestinal issues because it is hard for the body to digest, especially fresh raw cabbage.
What I've noticed with people that have IBS is that they've never eaten properly and when they try to eat properly, the body doesn't like it because the body isn't used to it. Although scientists are now saying that people shouldn't use the term IBS anymore because it is due to an underlaying issue and IBS is just a symptom.
What I found with Cronh's is that their menus had to be changed completely, the case that I worked on the woman was living on processed food and our bodies were made to process food, not eat processed foods.
I notice that Dr Berg doesn't mention Celiac.
