Saw my big bear today and he showed me his fingertips that have been peeling. I shared with him that can be a nutrient deficiency.

We have three members with this health condition, two of those members have said that it began in childhood, and one of our members has said that she has managed to track it back to "childhood neglect" and that would also indicate nutrition deficiencies. You all know that the body has an immense dynamic self-healing system, the medical scientists have also discovered that some pain is not caused by inflammation but that is another topic altogether.

With a health condition that began in childhood, it is essential that people with the condition in adulthood, take an in-depth "inner child" healing journey, preferably with a professional therapist that specialises in the work. Although I can help you to show you how to track it to the memories that your cells are holding on to. I gave Reiki to a woman with this condition, and she had carried too many burdens during her life. Interesting that women tend to get it more than men. 

Children in their growing spurt have to have good posture. So for instance, when I was in my growing spurt, my dad was always calling me out to sit up straight, stand up straight, sometimes he would say, "shoulders back", and sometimes he would put a wooden pole through my arms to keep my shoulders back. For posture he would also make me walk balancing a book on my head. He wouldn't allow me to "slouch", and our furniture at home made sure that we had to sit up straight. 

My suggestions for relief would be "inversion therapy", it is great for straightening the back. I have a table and it solved my sciatica, and has stretched my back ( with nutrition) and I have regained my height that had shrunk. For the physical, pilates for the muscles that support the bone structure, it is really important that the bone structure gets the right support. For posture I would also recommend Alexander Technique, as when I began having back issues, my therapist kept me mobile. You receive spine realignments with AT, and you are also taught proper posture and how to use your body correctly, e.g how to sit down and get up so that it puts less pressure on your back. AT helps to retrain the body. 

With any back issues, it is imperative to keep moving, and not sit still for long periods of time, I try not to sit for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. Sometimes I will even eat my dinner standing up. 

I would be interested to hear what healing oils you have used for it, and what flower essences you have tried to help you to work on the memory levels. I would be happy to look at what each of you require with your flower essences, as your cases are bound to be different. 

As mentioned previously, sometimes you have to go beyond the obvious, so for instance, you have to feed the neurones, because the neurones message the rest of the body. 

I will do some research on this health condition and go into it in greater depth. I will take a look at what others are saying about it too. 

We will also look at nutrition. Although with nutrition, it is a matter of small changes, bring minor improvements. With every minor improvement it helps you to become more positive that there are solutions to help you. Once the nutrition journey has begun, you will find that your menu's will improve with better nutrition ideally suited to your health condition/s. It is a matter of eating for health and listening to your body.

"The impact that nutrition plays as an environmental influence on idiopathic scoliosis is not completely understood. However, there are an increased number of studies and research that have begun to discuss the role of nutrition in scoliosis and the possible etiology of scoliosis
. This article is written to explore this research and also suggest an eating plan that will take the research into consideration."

Some interesting studies on this link, it mentions too much copper and zinc was found in children with scoliosis. Now that makes me think about metal toxicity, because it is in teenage years that children start to get their teeth filled with fillings!

Another excellent exercise to strengthen the back muscles -- especially the lower back muscles -- is this:

Lie down on your stomach.
Lift one leg up as far as possible, and count to ten.
Lower that leg, and repeat with the other leg.
Repeat three times. 

When you first start, you may not be able to hold the leg up for more than a count to three or four!
Never fear ~ each day you will be able to hold it longer.
It may take a week or two to get up to the "ten" count. 

I was given this exercise by a chiropractor to strengthen my lower back muscles.
It is the back muscles that hold the spine in place, so the stronger the muscles are, the less often one's back "goes out".  

If you don't have an exercise mat to lie down on, just keep a clean towel handy where you exercise, as you don't want to be putting your face down on the floor or carpet.

Researchers at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis have found that children with severe scoliosis are twice as likely as children without the disease to carry a gene variant that makes it hard for their cells to take in and use manganese. Manganese is required for growing bones and cartilage.


"Our study links a common disease -- scoliosis -- to something that's potentially modifiable in the diet," said senior author Christina Gurnett, MD, PhD, a professor of neurology, of orthopedic surgery and of pediatrics. "But we don't want people to go out right now and start manganese supplements, because we already know that too much manganese can be harmful."

When the LORD started talking to me about Manganese, I made sure that my menu's were tailored around it. That was in March 2016. When he spoke I thought he said Magnesium, but later in the day he corrected me and said, MANGANESE.

I then discovered that scientists are still trying to understand the role of Tenascin in the body.

Yes, we used to do that in the gym.  Heartflowers

I'd say it is also important to stretch the piroformis muscles in the buttocks, and to do that you have to do the knees up stretching exercise that I've been talking about. 

Also remember how important the feet are, feet impact upon the back, and the back impact upon the feet. So calf muscle stretches are just as important. 

After bathing it is also a good idea to put healing oils on the soles of your feet. I've been working with ANISEED and that is a Tibetan remedy.

Also I don't put my back under any pressure at all, I don't carry any shopping, or anything heavy. I have a little trolley that I pull around with me.
