I think the point of Joshua 6, someone was trying to alert me to was the ancient use of sound waves/sonic weaponry. Echoes of that Eastern Gate in Jerusalem come to mind. 

And both HAARP and DEWS may come into play, some new toys have already emerged, this caught my eye. Sounds like it operates like fireworks dividing into multiple projectile incendiaries
