Blue Rare. Nice
LOL, No will be med rare, but I let sit out for about 2 hours prior to grilling.  The meat grills more evenly and tenderly that way.  Throwing a COLD steak on the grill tends to make it seize up and be tougher in my experience.

I had Haggis in Canada the year I worked up there, many years ago. I didn't think it was bad but I didn't know that it was made from sheep stomach's either...

Perkins..
They don't have it on the menu anymore here, but the Country Club Melt... Just ask and they know...

Thick cut turkey with bacon & cheese on a toasted bread... thousand island dressing on the side to add it as you please...

I always get french fries , but think there are options on the taters

Eating well in the neighborhood!

V6sRZf4

Great thread and I'm glad to see you've brought it over.  I don't have a picture for you, but we're having baked chicken wings and breasts with honey, pasta fazool (which is like an Italian bean soup but way better) or maybe, baked potatoes, I haven't decided yet, and fresh broccoli for a side.

Here are some pics from online, because it's fun to see the pictures and imagine all the good food everyone is having for dinner tonight.

This is what our pasta fazool looks like, but we don't put carrots in ours.
