I had salmon cooked in butter, garlic and ginger on a bed of baby purple broccoli and sugar snaps. With fresh lemon juice on the top.
Followed by some coconut yogurt and white grapes. ![]()

Thawed out the last 2 beef fillets and made the wife dinner. I could hear one of her meetings today and it was pretty rough. Couldn't do the corporate thing. My bullshit tolerance is about zero these days. (It's the Irish/Scots blood)
So here's the recipe: Spoiler2 pieces filet mignon ~ 1 ½ inches thick I used dried lavender, garlic powder and black pepper mixed with melted butter then frozen for about 10 minutes. A dollop on the steak as you plate it, and good to go.

Tonight it is salmon probably with a salad a little sweet potato as a treat. ![]()
