I'm growing dwarf broad beans this year, they're high in B Vits and Minerals. 

Scientifically recommended for "cancer" patients and people with "parkingsons". 

Although be aware some people can have an allergic reaction to broad beans. 

In America I think you call these beans FAVA or FABA

I've spoken to "Darkmoon" and he's doing great after his op he says. 

My buddy in London is in a critical condition, so please say a prayer for Martin that you know as "NOSAINTS". 

Please keep him in your loving thoughts and pure intention for life to live. He's an awesome guy and I've told him he has to stay on the  planet with us. 

I've been working with him for the last nine months, although I could do with some extra help and prayers now.

Squash

Plus 

Tomatoes and Zucchini. 

The perennial herbs are doing great.
