Teamwork in Scotland.
Some people embraced big pharma to change nature whereas I listened to Jesus and embraced nature to improve the change. The heavenly Father said, "This is my daughter in whom I am well pleased". 18.1.2020.

My sweet potato slips are doing great. They look so lovely in my healing room.

I'm going to try to grow them indoors during the winter in a grow bag.

This had always been one of my favorite threads on The Fringe, and it has proved itself to be very resourceful for an amateur gardener as me.
I simply wanted to drop by and say a heartfelt thank you to any and all contributors to this thread on both forums!

The chia has been easy to grow, I just threw a loads of seeds into a small trough container. Although I haven't eaten any of its leaves yet.
Chia seeds have:- 2.5 times more protein than kidney beans (20% protein)
- 3 times the antioxidant strength of blueberries
- 3 times more iron than spinach
- 6 times more calcium than milk
- 7 times more vitamin C than oranges
- 8 times more omega-3 than salmon
- 10 times more fibre than rice (25% fibre)
- 15 times more magnesium than broccoli
- and are gluten free

Glad you have enjoyed it as much as I have.
Now the autumn leaves have arrived, we have to prepare for winter, so I brought in the two little lemon tree seedlings. In the next week I will have to bring in the chilli's and capsicum, although the tomato plants and zucchini are still full of fruit.
