Good News! Positive Thoughts! Something to Smile About!
I think we need a thread with postings of good tidings, happy thoughts and contented opinions.  Let's provide our group with news that will help restore our faith and create happiness and optimism.

Anyone have anything to offer?

Presently, I can't think of anything. Eyeroll

Any day you wake up is a good day. Maybe it sucks but make the most of it anyway.

I do appreciate you and your input @SlowLoris .  Heartflowers My wife declares every day "Thank God for life."

Me, myself and I are aware there is so much more than this physical, material existence.

I was just searching for some optimistic reports from around the globe.

Six months ago I had 6 strokes 3 in the hypocampus 3 in the cerebellum the physical effects were weight loss and a debilitating weakness fatigue..mentally a very weird time, head aches changes in my behaviour..Just weird..I didnt want to stay like that..after lots of research in how to repair some of the brain damage with certain supplments...exercised managed to get muscle mass back..and now back to work...almost back to normal, head can be a bit wonky sometimes....but could have been very bad..dodged a bullet I think

So to me every day is a bonus day..because on that day,  I knew that i was stroking and the possibility of being paralised or dead..now healthier and fitter than I was before..so there must be a reason.for me to be here...so now  I look for the good in people I meet and the wonderful place I live..

And my job, I work in mental health and adults with learning disabilities ..makes me very happy supporting these wonderful people..and making the most of my time and just going with the flow.

Thanks and respect to you!

Thank you..

Strokes are bad, a lot of people get the impression that once you had a stroke your knackered my point and the good news is some people do recover well.

I just watched about 5 minutes of women’s Australian rules football.
5 minutes of random female cluster madness.

I think we’ll be alright going forward.
