There are so many mistakes in that document, lies and innuendos piled onto hurt feelings and half truths, there is no way a judge will let it move forward. It will be dismissed before a jury ever hears any of it.

Amber Heard thought that the first amendment would protect her too, it didn't. 

From what I heard from the lawyer, the plaintiff has the receipts and Candace doesn't. The lawyer must have seen the receipts/flight logs to make the case against Candace legit.

I admit that as an almost 80 year old, I hardly ever watched or listened to Charlie Kirk. After his murder, I have found myself trying to understand why someone could hate him enough to end his life. He had a grasp on the pulse of young Americans. He was very influential with them. That made him dangerous if he were to lead them in a way that didn't mesh with the deep state.

The interview I posted with Tucker Carlson is eye opening. I have been able to see through his lens, so to speak.

One snippet; "Gen Z is a generation that is renting more than it is owning. When you don't own something, why would you defend it? Political radicalization seeps in because an entire generation gets more cynical year after year"

Gets right to the "You will own nothing and you will be happy." No, they are not happy. They are malcontent and willing to overthrow the entire system that put them in that situation.
