The aliens narrative is a control narrative
Guys...you know, the U.S. and a small number of particular nations are inside the loop of Top Secret and Above Top Secret Special Access Programs that do not figure in to the over-the-table discussions and evaluations of military power. This is a fact that makes some of the capabilities assessments and the scenario expectations irrelevant, because nobody can assess contingencies in war accurately without being privy to state secrets and non-state secrets, that includes trans-state secrets, because the UFO, UAP, USO phenomenon definitely is present within particular nations -- those are the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Italy, the Holy See, Australia and New Zealand, and possibly Israel in one group (this group also has a presence in the oceans and in Argentina and Paraguay), then, Russia, China, North Korea, and whomever else these share certain information with, possibly Iran, for instance.
This is the two superpower groups and each has their own TS SAP's. The biggest difference between them is that the Allies unit is NOT entirely controlled by the civlian government, or even the Deep State in that government. It is Supragovernmental. For example, in 1933, Mussolini had a flying saucer that "crashed". The German, Austrian, Italian, and Swiss scientists were the most advanced, with the lone exception of Nikola Tesla, who was based in the U.S. physically but also was sharing his work with the Axis group, this is why the U.S. moved on him in his later years, holding him prisoner at the Waldorf Astoria. He also sold some different tech to the Soviets. Wave EM and DEW tech, not anti-gravity. I've posted about it. The information is rock solid, it was even mentioned in the press. Well, after the Axis lost Italy, that saucer, for example, was held by the Vatican, later being transferred to the Americans. The Americans got some scientists from the Axis, but others, supposedly not the best theoreticians but rather some of the best on-hands technicians, were taken by Stalin.
The American, British and French never, ever, let their official militaries in on any of it. If they do now, it's only recently. For example you had British royals in UFOs but not British PM's. The French element is not even personally identifiable, but it's there, and could be a state-directed TS program, because De Gaulle was really in control, and this was the time when the CIA began really circumventing and disengaging with the U.S. presidents and military, it's why Forrestal and JFK were murdered, its why we know they had the Nazi bell and the flying saucers but the public is still being lied to, being told that it's extraterrestrial in orgin and dreaming up fantasy-driven narratives about aliens and bodies, all the disinformation is purposely to distract away from the hidden reality that all this tech is 100% human. If people knew it was 100% human, they would demand to know the truth - but the truth is not only a "state" secret, it's a supranational secret that in some cases (United States being one) is above the Pentagon. The Pentagon isn't necessarily lying when it tells Congress that it doesn't know or it's not theirs. It's really not, but then the narrative players disinform, and we were told about this by people like William Lyne and Carol Rosin. They are not around anymore or are silent in Carol's case because she is muzzled now. The Men in Black show up and have a chat. What's going on here is why Trump elevated the Space Force, and why he elevated the Director of National Intelligence to a cabinet-level position, so that he can have some beaurocratic power, at least theoretically, above the CIA and FBI. On paper, for example, Tulsi Gabbard is going to be able to shape the CIA"s operations, and dig up whatever they know, and tell Trump. But in reality, making this happen is not so easily accomplished at all. Even the CIA is held at a certain arms-length by the Supranational element. The CIA and Pentagon know a lot more than they will say, but they themselves don't control it. They are merely offices. The group is composed of secret elites (elite in this regard, not the same elites as the money elites). They don't give a crap about money.
What they do care about is public perception, however. For example, the code name of the Pentagon SAP "Immaculate Contellation". It's an obvious mockery of the Immaculate Conception, and this Masonic arm (i.e. Philip Corso), that is conncected with the Brotherhood of Death (Bonesmen,Bohemian Grove, others) which runs the Pentagon wants us to think rather that aliens are our creators and our parents. This is what they want us to think because they can't tell us the state-secret that it's all human tech. They aren't allowed to. By playing the game, certain governmental players are slow-leaked tech and "membership" as rewards. Someday, like Von Braun told Carol Rosin and others are aware, they may pose as the aliens because that gives them control over the human domain. But they just aren't "there yet" with it. It's why they plant selected politicians, who can be either idiots, not serious people, or outright plants. For example, when Lauren Boebert asks the panel if the Pentagon is mixing human DNA with alien DNA. It presupposes that aliens are behind all this. That's a planted question which embellishes upon and strengthens the "Immaculate Constellation" thought-seed.
