In a shocking presentation, FEMA has now declared 9% of the entire city of Asheville NC a, "flood zone."

Developers are now telling local news that FEMA's new floodplain maps would:

"Make it financially impossible..." to rebuild anything along the river.

It's never a good idea to live next to a river or coastline. Can't get property insurance for waterside properties in the UK.

The company said,
