I’m glad to see silver climbing higher but that puts a crimp in my wallet when I buy the 2026 silver eagles next year. I try to get at least 3 every year but prefer 5.
The first few years I bought them they were between 8 and 12 dollars each. At the time I thought that was high for a coin with a dollar face value. I was a cheap bastard even back then.
Unless something bad happens I will never get rid of them. My grandson will get them when I’m gone. I’m trying to teach him the value of collecting.
