A couple thoughts;
The Chinese took over the Trollhatten SAAB car plant in Sweden after G.M. destroyed the mark, to produce electric cars called NEVS (National Electric Vehicles Sweden).
Meanwhile, suffering financially, Evergrande gave NEVS a financial infusion. Ex-SAAB employees developed their own car Emily which has torque vectoring motors in EACH WHEEL.
Evergrande went belly up, so did NEVS. But the SAAB-Emily project was purchased by a Canadian/Mohammad consortium who will put Emily in production.
Don't be caught maimed or dead in a Chinese car. They are not structurally sound, unsafe in collision tests.
Of course, the Chinese car industry is about at the point where the Japanese were in the late sixties. But look at them now!
My mind, a field of battles, struggles for peace in a tight place.
