There is a lot of anticipation of China going pop. One of the major issues for EV vehicle makers is enough high end chips, the lack of high-end chips will also slow down the Ai market, there simply isn't enough to serve all of the markets and products that require the chips. Hence, whole industries could come tumbling down with their green agenda.

"On another subject close to your heart, Hertz are now getting rid of all of its 20,000 EV cars replacing them with combustion engines cars. At least without Hertz, there will be slightly less of a line-up at the EV station. Hertz cited excessive repair costs of EV's, and they've priced many below $20,000. Then again, flooding the market will make it difficult for Hertz to sell them quickly at any price".
