It is two different things, but it looks the same!
I have a lot of wood. Lots of tools, plenty time, but I just cannot make myself start a project unless it is needed for our home. 55 years of making things with wood for a living kinda killed it for me.
Doin' what I can with what I got

I like wood, so this is a miniature barn quilt made from pieces cut from fence pickets. At the moment it is just leaning against the wall above a window because I can't remember where I stashed the collection of picture hanging hardware.
Spoiler
(Please center it. )
Who'da thunk? A barn wood barn quilt.

Nice! I really want to pull out my sewing machine now. I think I shared a pic of some vintage fabric I bought a few years back. It's moved from a bag in a bin in the basement to a bag on a chair in my bedroom.
That fabric deserves to be shown off. In the mean time give it a good airing. The more time you have to look at it the more likely that you will sew something beautiful.
Amazingly enough, I pulled the fabric up due to mold because we had a really wet spring/summer here in Maine. So many framed pics affected. Interestingly enough, no mold on this fabric but also why it's upstairs now.

Everything posted is so beautiful. Snow globe, your wreath are to die for!
Hanna, can you share how you made those pot handlers?
This leopard was my last painting for 2023, but I normally paint landscapes, so is so bad. I am probably going to paint something else on top or is going to the trash bin. Have not made up my mind.... but it was a good learning experience.
I have been making lots of the 5D diamond painting. I am obsessed with them lately.

I love your attempt at the leopard! He's cute in a quirky way. It's good you know how to take the 'lumps' of (your perception) of a failed attempt, but I still think he's cute. Way better than I could do.
What is 5D 'diamond art'? Never heard of it, but it rings a faint bell. Maybe you mentioned it in the old craft thread?
For the potholders, I just used the old fashioned (60s) looms and loops. Purchased off Amazon. Started with a plastic frame, but wanted a metal one so added that to the stash. I also only buy COTTON loops. The newer kits you can buy all use nylon, which as we all know is freakin' HIGHLY flammable. That pic is a few years old, but I did make about 20 this Christmas for gifts. I'd forgotten how much fun it was. I'll sit at the kitchen table with my supplies and laptop and watch YT videos while working.
I have yet to pull out my latch hook owl rug that I started last winter.
