Which I can work out via using the American "cup" size/weighting system .... so the bloke in the vid wanted 3/4 of a cup .... which is (in anyone else's reality in the civilized world) about five to eight Aston Martins rear disk brakes "Dust" once they have been used, rigorously, over 16 months to 2 years on challenging corners ( I do realize the concept of corners for American car manufacturers is difficult so the conversion may not be correct)?

Anon

There's 8 ounces in one cup.

I know mate .... was just taking the mick (but it went down like a lead balloon Confused )

Mayonnaise
Just tried a taste of this while making a broccoli/tortellini salad, not bad...not bad at all. Not *quite* as thick as I'd like (original Best Foods/Hellman's texture was great), but the flavor was palatable. So, another option when we get there.

Personally, I'd rather not eat anything that has to be extracted with solvents.   Anon

I've been using hexane free castor oil for a few ailments/conditions. OK, won't buy this again! Gah

Look for NON seed oils:

Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil are the biggies ~ others include:

Walnut, Macadamia, Flaxseed, Sesame, Sunflower, Palm and Ghee (clarified butter).

I will graduating this year is sustainable agriculture, and I am sorry to be a Debbie downer, but must people do not realize that things that are sold organic, are not GMO free.  There are no requirements for labeling these products and is completely voluntary.

Things that you never thought are GMO, in fact are.  A good example is apples.  Unless you grow it yourself, and pick it to eat, chances are are 99% of apples sold are GMO.  That is why lately they taste like nothing and last forever.  And even then, many seeds sold in home improvement stores, even labeled organic, can also be GMO seeds.  Is nearly impossible to eliminate from your diet.

Those seed oils can also come from GMO seeds. What makes them more expensive is the process of extraction of the oil.

The bacon you buy could come from GMO pigs too.

I really hate what has been done to humanity.

It really killed me to realize Hellmann's now uses bio-engineered ingredients, just a couple months back. It's what I grew up on, what my Mom insisted on for her potato salad.  It's texture had been unsurpassed out of every may on the market. I stopped buying it.

Jptdknpa

One of the best brands on the planet, and they sure did!

I guess the next best thing we can do besides spend big bucks on cleaner brands is make our own. Which, I did once back in the 80s. It was great, but not a long shelf life. Maybe I'll make some once summer hits and sandwiches and macaroni and potato salads are in season. Wink2
