This just came over my feed - new (to me) method of cooking lots of bacon for the week ahead's samiches etc - PLUS, near the end they say they also make MAYO using the saved bacon grease...

Sounds YUMMY...

Essentially "Bacon and Eggs" in a condiment form - sounds YUMMY...


Wouldn't imagine great with fish - but any other meat or salad...
