(This post was last modified: 12-10-2023, 07:20 AM by JB1.)
2 blocks Cream Cheese (store brand works fine) softened
3 packs French vanilla instant pudding
4 packages Pepperidge Farms Chessmen Cookies
1 large container of Whipped Cream( any brand)
2 hands of bananas (8 to 10 medium bananas) ripened
Make instant pudding according to package directions. Cut in cream cheese with mixer until no longer lumpy. Add whipped cream and mix well. It should look kind of like a cake batter.
Peel and slice bananas at desired thickness
Place a layer of Chessmen cookies in bottom of large deep dish pan. Spoon a layer of pudding mixture on top of cookies. Place bananas on top of pudding then spoon the rest of the pudding mixture on top of the bananas. Top with rest of chessmen cookies. Cover pan and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Enjoy.
EDIT: I fucked up. I left out one of the ingredients. 2 small cans of eagle brand condensed milk are supposed to be cut in with the cream cheese before adding it to the pudding. Without that step, it won't turn into the cake batter looking sludge it is supposed to be.
