Wasn't quite sure what to make of this originally but a tribal person said they are removing Indians as much as Mexicans.  Mexicans are kind of Indians, except when the European Spaniards conquered them much like the Europeans came to this country.  

Who came up with the idea to call it New England, hey it's just like the old one. Or eventually will be.
