I’ve been feeding the wild animals some leftovers, old dog food, etc for some time in my backyard. Recently several crows started coming around several times a day.
Today one crow was on the deck railing. When I took some leftover pizza out the crow flew up in a tree so I grabbed my camera. It left this little orange thing on the railing. I don’t know what it is but it’s hard rubber. Here’s pics of the crow and my present.

I almost put my hand on this but since I’ve been stung by caterpillars in the past I left it alone. It’s a Banded Tussock Caterpillar according to the Google. Not poisonous. The moth is very pretty.
