When the nation's top pardon lawyer mentions "Mercy, pardons, clemency and forgiveness" in a post, my eyebrows perk up.
That's the plan. This July 4th all of congress will be forgiven/pardoned of their criminal acts and start fresh. They simply can not arrest everyone that should be arrested. And, this the only reason I can think of why there haven't been any arrests so far.
