Dang. I was there last summer. I met some cool locals. I hope they will be alright. Somehow I think they will be alright. They keep their heads on a swivel most of the time but fire ain’t no joke and can sure catch you by surprise.

We all know by now that these fires aren’t random they’re a lever to clear land and justify redevelopment. The Carolina Forest area, with its proximity to Myrtle Beach (a tourism cash cow generating $7 billion annually), has long been eyed for urban expansion.

The 2025 survey memo I viewed aligns with a broader push by HUD and state planners to implement “15-minute city” models compact, walkable zones where all needs are met within a short radius.

The wildfires provide a convenient crisis: displace residents, raze unprofitable sprawl, and fast-track eminent domain claims. A meeting on February 20, 2025, at the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce (attendees: Mayor Brenda Bethune, Coastal Growth CEO Daniel Hargrove, and HUD liaison Margaret Ellison) finalized the plan.

Allegedly

Hargrove’s email to Ellison, sent 11:03 PM EST that night, reads: “Natural events will expedite Phase 1. Ensure FEMA funds are prepped.” The fires, both natural and seeded, are the spark literally.

I was told who was behind these fires in South Carolina. I will further verify this as more info comes in.

The two contractors identified as ex-Army Ranger Kyle Voss, 36, and former DEA agent-turned-mercenary Javier Ortiz, 41 were hired via a dark web platform (ShadowHub, job ID: SC-9274, paid 8 Bitcoin, ~$480,000 USD).

Their handler, “Redline,” operates out of a VPN-masked server in Raleigh, NC, and reports to Coastal Growth’s Hargrove. It was said Javier Ortiz was apart of another case in 2023 involving fentanyl trafficking.

The DEA investigated that case. Let's see how this unfolds.

IF … a group, agency or person “happened upon” a honey pot that was used to extort powerful people..

COULD … the honey pot finder become a honey pot stealer?

How - Why?

The extorters would become the extorted and everyone they’ve extorted would have new handlers.

That’s a lot of honey pot POWER to acquire. Very valuable. Did it happen?

NEXT MOVE … if you, here in current day - essentially RIGHT NOW - were in the position to expose the honey pot maker and the honey pot stealer, what would you do?

Spoke with the Governor’s office and they confirmed between 125-175 separate fires in the past 48 hours, up from the 102 reported yesterday.

And contrary to some comments saying the opposite, the Governor’s office is stating structures, vehicles, trucks and farm vehicles have been burned.
