Veterans Today is just one website of thousands, and books that takes the other side of your claims. Some of which were written by prominent "Jewish" scholars, scientists and the Jewish Encyclopedia itself. Moreover, I did not make a carte-blanche statement regarding the racial makeup of today's Jewry, but you did. Additionally, I said that it doesn't really matter. Perhaps it is the Jewish Zionist claims upon their current lands that it matters to most of all, right? However, I do not agree that it can be maintained some number Ashkenazis are not Turkic/Khazarian.

I speak as an ignorant observer with no strongly held opinion one way or the other. I absolutely am not anti-Semitic. I've perceived for a long time the Jewish people are pawns.

Anyway, I read the article you posted. I found it interesting. It seems to overlap in certain aspects the Khazarian history expounded in the VT article. I'm curious why you hold this person's historical interpretation in such high regard.

This is not my first time hearing of this theory. It’s a virtual meme on sites like this unfortunately. Since I am already familiar with the subject and attendant issues (e.g. the genetic studies that have debunked it), I could readily perceive the veracity of the essay. I have to say though, I've followed Clif High for a number of years, way back when he was just getting started with Half Past Human. He is a data guy. Not in the habit of making baseless claims. If he puts weight behind a particular dataset, he will have my attention.
