My 2019 Ram says don't.

 So says my 2018 Ram. Ha, I moved to a place that has 2 ethanol free gas stations. But the libs in the state house are trying to get them banned.

I haven't had a bit of trouble out of mine. I got 276,000 miles out of a pt cruiser.
It was still running fairly good when I abandoned it when I moved to NM for a few years.

A lot of my Ford and Chevy friends make fun of my Ram. Hey it is bad ass. 3 inch lift, offsets with skirts. And it was 395 HP. But that was not my way. It now has 485 HP. It tows better than any Ford oil burner. But it cannot compete with a Cummins.

I haven't done anything to mine but I do like that Hemi when you romp into it. 395 is good but
485 HP is nothing to sneeze at, It must be like a rocket. Mine has the 3.92 gears, it will get up and go.
