(Not) Fun fact in regards to ALPR’s in CA, specifically Los Angeles: the Los Angeles police foundation, who has some donors who’s names have appeared multiple times in the Epstein files such as Casey Wasserman “donated” a substantial amount of ALPR’s to LA.
