Well, our 22 year old electric stove just had an oven failure so I guess it’s time for a new one. The burners on top work but oven has a temperature problem. I’m gonna try making the casserole in the air fryer which I’ve never done before. My experience with air fryer is simple stuff like french fries and fish sticks. I got a Boars Head turkey breast and can heat it up in the instant pot so that’s not a big deal. Everything else can be done on the stove eyes. I need tips from you guys on air fryer. Instructions I have say 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes or when the top gets crusty brown.

Often, there's a 'reset' routine that you can get to with a specific key combination. Look up the online specs/manual for your range model number.
Happened a couple of years ago on my GE wall oven. I had an option of increasing or decreasing the set number ~ I made a stab at it and it worked. You can check the temp with a manual thermometer and adjust accordingly.
